I ship to the address provided by the customer, and am not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at [email protected] with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Some orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees. The recipient is solely responsible for any additional shipping and customs fees that may be incurred. Kindly note that I cannot cover any duties, customs fees, or other associated fees. Please check with your local post office or visit their website for customs information, including any fees that may apply before making your purchase. Please keep in mind that customs procedures and fees vary from country to country. Lastly, please note that I cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur at customs.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Although all artworks are carefully packed to ensure safe transit, unfortunate mishaps can still occur. In the event that the artwork arrives damaged, kindly notify me within three days with photographs of the damaged item at [email protected].
You may be eligible to receive a full refund after investigation - this includes the entire purchase price of the artwork, as well as any shipping fees or taxes paid.
Most packages are delivered no later than 5 business days after the expected delivery date. If the delivery is taking longer than expected, and you're concerned that your package is missing, please contact me at [email protected].
Signature At Delivery
All original artwork orders will require a signature at the time of delivery.
If there’s no answer at the door, the delivery agent will leave a Delivery Notice Card in the addressee’s mail receptacle that directs the addressee to the designated post office to pick up the item.
The customer is responsible for any re-delivery fees.
Local pickup is available on request at midtown Toronto, Ontario.
